The breakfast buffet had everything you'd want, fluffy ramasseri idlis and fresh multi-grain dosa. The personal service was top-notch, Mr Mani knew exactly how I liked my black coffee, bringing it to my table without needing to ask!

It wasn't cheap, but I would say it was acceptable.

The hotel's claim of having a spa is misleading. I found no spa facilities during my stay. The lighting in the room was inadequate for video conferencing, which was frustrating. Additionally, the lack of proper cleaning protocols was concerning, including passport photocopies left exposed at the front desk. The toilet paper was stingy, with rolls barely enough for one use, and the breakfast room was quite messy, creating an unsafe situation for my wife, who slipped on the wet floor.

Breakfast with a view to cherish

I enjoyed a delightful breakfast with an amazing variety of options. The rooftop pool offered beautiful views, making it a wonderful spot to unwind after exploring the city.

The dining area felt cramped during peak hours, and I was surprised to find that breakfast was not included in my room rate.

the a/c in the lobby was off and it was super hot! but the breakfast spread was amazing, especially the egg bullseye! was happy with the clean rooms and super helpful staff made my stay feel homey.

The staff was exceptional, always attentive and kind (especially Mr Mani at breakfast! ). The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and the fluffy ramasseri idlis were a standout. The overall cleanliness made for a pleasant stay.

Our recent stay was absolutely wonderful! The Superior King Room was impeccably clean and provided a great ambiance. The staff, especially the food & beverage manager Sudheer, exceeded all expectations, making dining experiences memorable with fantastic service. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of tasty options to choose from.

My stay at Vivanta was very pleasant, especially due to the accommodating staff. They allowed us to check in early at 9 AM for a fee, which was greatly appreciated. The front desk staff and restaurant personnel were attentive, ensuring our comfort throughout the stay. The breakfast offered a delightful variety and was exceptionally tasty, making it a great start to the day.

The TV channels and remote control layout were poorly designed.

The Deluxe Twin Room was spacious and super clean. Soft bedding made it really comfy to sleep in, and the staff were very accommodating, even positioning rooms next to each other for my family. The terrace pool was a lovely spot, and I appreciated the variety in the complimentary breakfast. Just a heads-up, though, there was a bit of a musty smell in the corridors that could use some attention.

vivanta offers a fantastic stay! the superior king room was spotless and really comfy. breakfast had an amazing spread, and the staff, especially alex and pooja, were incredibly helpful and friendly. it's super close to the airport and local attractions too, which is a huge plus!
